Experience

We have successfully refuted an organisational change made by an employer who wanted to conceal his true motivation for doing so, namely to dismiss an
employee on the ground of discrimination and to avoid granting that person
their full claim (wage compensation for 36 months); we have won cases of
immediate employment termination, in which we represented an employer
and demonstrated that there was a genuine reason for the immediate
termination of an employee’s work contract.
